Provides administrative support services to a division director. Responsible for providing technical assistance to Resort Parks on matters dealing with park facility operations and administration of all operational regulations, policies and procedures, reviewing programs and management issues that cross organizational lines, and making recommendations to the division director. Performs the duties of director in her/his absence.

Experience in Property Management System, Point of Sale System, and ReserveAmerica Campground Reservation System is preferred.

Characteristics of the Class :
Provides administrative support services to a division director. Provides technical management assistance to organizational units within the division. Performs the duties of the director in her/his absence; and performs other duties as required.

Typical Working Conditions and Unique Physical Requirements :
Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Minimal travel may be required.

Additional Requirements :
