Provide technical support to SOC management and line dispatchers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Flight following
  • Assist line dispatchers as required
  • File flight plans
  • Monitor EDCT times and update dispatch and Customer Operations
  • Enter estimated delay time in flight following system
  • Coordinate charter packages
  • Verify charter contact information
  • Route fleet as requested by Dispatch Supervisor
  • Build repositions and ferry flights
  • Obtain braking action reports during winter operations
  • Maintain Company NOTAMs in FOMS
  • Maintain fuel price list
  • Monitor MEL list and update FOMS as required
  • Assume relief dispatcher position used to cover open time
  • Will be used to fund growth in the Dispatch Department
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986
  • Able to attend 2 weeks of training in Las Vegas (expenses paid)

Dispatch, Maintenance Control, Crew Services, Customer Operations

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must pass a ten (10) year background check and five (5) year pre-employment drug test

– Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986

EDUCATION:
High School, College Preferred

EXPERIENCE: N/A

KNOWLEDGE:
Licensed Aircraft Dispatcher

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment. Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position. Ability to handle high stress environment, think on one’s feet, and work well alone or on a team.
