Provides consulting to business owners for online solutions, Both in functionality and best practices online user experience (with adherence to Company style guide).
Turns complex problems and understanding of business requirements into simple and engaging user experiences for the mobile, tablet and other emerging digital channels.
Works with UI designers to outline and guide online design changes and enhancements.
Accurately and thoroughly documents business requirements, use cases, and design interactions for online enhancements.
Multi tasks across several concurrent projects in various stages of the project life cycle.
Meets frequently with Technology developers throughout development process, manage adherence to specs, and refine requirements.
Conducts and facilitates user acceptance testing for developed solutions.
Researches e-commerce, other emerging technology trends, and user experience best practices to further team knowledge and innovation.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
EDUCATION (Level, and degree if applicable)
College degree or equivalent work experience in related field required.
Minimum 2 years experience in related field required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working on e-commerce, web development, and/or mobile development projects
Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills required to work with business owners and stakeholders across a variety of disciplines
Utilizes critical thinking as applied to business needs and appropriate online solutions.
Proven ability to plan and deliver against the design development processes (from discovery through to test & deploy)
Displays technical familiarity needed to understand underlying technology, systems, architecture, and existing functionality of various areas/products across digital portfolio and platforms.
Provides creative, intuitive solutions to business and technical requirements utilizing online user experience best practices, diagramming user flows, usability testing approaches, and web development trends.
Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Is self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Brings a fun-loving attitude and enjoy working in teams.
Experience in Project Management preferred
Familiarity with Agile development methodology preferred
Experience working with JIRA, MSFT Project, and MSFT Visio are a plus
