Perform data entry functions for facility delivery documents.
Create Meals on Wheels directions, route maps, and city limit verification; create weekly nutrition services food and supply orders.
Provide customer service support to Neighborhood Senior Centers, vendors, volunteers, clients, etc. associated with Meals on Wheels program.
Provide back up assistance to Meals on Wheels Program Leader in heating, packing, loading and delivering daily meals to the 2 outlying Neighborhood Centers.
Deliver meals to home bound clients when meal routes are open.
Assist Neighborhood Center Program Leader with daily activities and daily paperwork as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School or GED.
Valid driver's license with ability to drive a cargo van.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Must pass criminal history background check.
Two or more years of college.
Experience working with senior public.
Knowledge of food service safety and food operations practices.
Good customer service experience and skills.
Moderate Demands: Exerts up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently or 10 pounds constantly.
