As part of the School of Management Graduate Admission (GAO) team, the Associate Director is responsible for managing the enrollment process for the Full-Time MBA degree program. Develop and implement marketing, recruitment, and communication plans for growth in the Full-time MBA Program. Oversee application flow, review applications, conduct interviews and participate as part of the admission committee. Responsible for individual and group recruiting sessions and MBA forums, both nationally and internationally.

Required Skills

Requires: B.S./B.A., Master's Degree preferred, exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to develop and manage client relationships with a demonstrated proficiency in sustaining professional networks, superior customer satisfaction focus, demonstrated ability to set and meet targets, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse client base, strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office, excellent supervisory skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals and four to six years of experience in graduate admissions. Frequent domestic and international travel and night and weekend work is required.
