ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR HR(Job Number:1104188)
The Associate Director, Human Resources - Technical Operations supporting the Drug Product Manufacturing site in Mount Vernon, Indiana (Indiana Technical Operations). This position is responsible for organizational leadership effectiveness at the ITO site within Technical Operations, the total number of employees on the site is around 600 Technical operations employees with a corporate responsibility on 100 R&D employees center based on the campus. Clients include the GM of ITO and his leadership team. This position will report to the Executive Director HR for Drug Products and API operations. Key elements of this role include: -Driving execution of the BMS strategy by first understanding client's key priorities and then developing and implementing aligned HR strategies against those priorities. -Assisting in identification of key organizational issues, change management needs and the appropriate Human Resources levers to maximize current and future organization performance. -Building client relationships at all levels of the organization in order to provide high quality HR support and counsel. -Facilitating the identification, development and implementation of team interventions and leadership development actions. -Actively partnering with clients to execute HR and talent management processes to drive divisional goals to attract and retain talent. Key processes including talent assessment, performance management, staffing, and utilization of current HR tools, e.g., talent system, compensation. -Demonstrating strong project management skills. Actively managing and overseeing multiple projects, including key HR processes for the division, which requires ability to scope project deliverables, define resources requirements, and manages tasks in order to meet project expectations.

This position requires proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist and/or significant expertise in an HR Specialty, i.e., staffing, organizational development or supporting clients in a variety of divisions, countries, cultures, functions or industries. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex, changing, matrix environment and deliver value-added results to the organization. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior leaders. Ability to develop collaborative working relationships with business and HR teams. Experience analyzing and diagnosing situations to develop effective individual, team and or organizational interventions
