PRIMARY PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the inventory throughout the facility by means of researching PO discrepancies , adjusting inventory , analyzing syste m reports , as we ll as generating and monitoring custom reports. This position serves as the primary contact for all inventory inquiries.

General responsibilities and typical activities for this position will include, but are

not limited to the following:
Serve as primary contact for PO/receipt and inventor y discrepancy i ss ues
• Investigate PO / receipt discrepancies and make inventory adjustments to both PkMS, IP, or PCIS
• Generate summary report including key measurements of cycle counts, inventory statuses,
• stock - outs, sh ipp ed vs. allocated , and other measures to be defined
• S ummari ze PkMS report on daily basis and research fall out
• Monitor and investigate open moves report
• Monitor locked styles on a daily basis and report as necessary
• Monitor / analy ze PkMS , IP , and PCIS reports
• Update or convert SKU's when needed
• Assist in seasonal set -up of active slots, Moves or Flushing
• Process, convert or create cases for voided orders
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Create miscellaneous report s as needed
• Ensure all documents are filed correctly
• Assist in other departmental responsibilities as needed
• Participate in cross functional process improvement groups
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extreme attention to detail/organizational skills
• Follow-up/ problem-solving skills
• Proficient in basic math skills
• Proficiency in basic personal computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Confident in ability to communicate with senior level management
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must be able to adapt quickly to all types of processing revisions
• Understanding of PkMS, IP, and PCIS necessary
• Access experience very helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must PASS color deficiency test
Work Conditions:
On-Call availability
• Ability to work varied shifts as business needs change
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and to handle other
computer components
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, for full work shift
• Ability to lift 75 pounds as needed
