Supports the development and growth of ancillary air-related product revenue
Responsible for development and implementation of marketing plans for assigned products
Performs analysis and identifies trends from transactional data, revenue reporting, and online analytics.
Creates reports and analysis to communicate business trends and identify/recommend opportunities for improvement
Plans and executes targeted campaigns and Customer offers, coordinates internal sales contests with call centers and frontline Employees, and drives website merchandising enhancements to effect product growth
Recommends cross-sell/up-sell merchandising enhancements in marketing channels in order to optimize attach rate and revenue per passenger for ancillary products
Displays solid communication skills, both oral and written
Works with multifunctional teams to coordinate implementation of product initiatives, promotions and enhancements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
College degree or equivalent work experience in related field required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in related field required.
Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools - especially PowerPoint, Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Excel pivot tables and Access database preferred
A minimum of 3 years of marketing, product management/ development, Customer experience, or revenue management experience preferred
3+ years of online marketing or merchandising experience preferred
Previous airline experience preferred
Strong business acumen, analytics skillset
Experience with online analytics tool(s)- i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.and/or online data analysis desired
Data and/or financial analysis experience desired
Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency.
Accomplishes tasks with minimal or no direct supervision.
Functions as an advisor to Team regarding tasks, projects and procedures. May perform ongoing tasks of Team.

Participates in briefings and meetings for Internal and External representatives concerning specific phases of projects.
