Associate Performance Coordinator

Position Objective:
To assist the Performance Management domain and the IT department by correctly performing procedures using supplied applications and tools.

Job Responsibilities:
• Follow implemented processes that will be used to perform the various duties
• Perform phone and web-based surveys
• Update and publish spreadsheets, documents, charts, scorecards and dashboards
• Maintain assigned portions of the department web site
• Distribute communications to all department employees
• Route correspondence to appropriate department personnel
• Perform invoice management duties
• Provide secretarial duties for IT management and the department
• Conduct department inventory
• Maintain the disaster recovery plan
• Report to outside agencies and business partners
• All other duties as assigned
Education/Skills and Experience:
• High School degree or GED is required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong math skills
• Word-processing and spreadsheet skills
• Ability to convert documents into various formats
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of IT roles and responsibilities a plus
• Ability to successfully work in a team environment
Working Conditions:
• Office environment
Physical Requirements:
• Visual ability sufficient to read written information and computer displays for long periods of time
• Repetitive wrist motion from use of mouse and keyboard
• Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with other individuals in person and over the telephone
• Incumbent is required to sit for long periods of time
