Under minimal supervision, performs receiving, loading and/or unloading of trucks, tracks onsite equipment, maintains inventory, disposes of debris, and performs light assembly, install and de-install services.
•Loads and unloads delivery trucks utilizing manual, mechanical, or motorized equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
•Verifies inventory and notes exceptions upon delivery utilizing appropriate documentation, (i.e. inventory forms, bill of lading, and packing lists).
•Immediately communicates any exceptions to management.
•Performs delivery of product to specified location and places it per specs or floor plans. Unpackages/packages and removes debris from location.
•Performs assembly/installation under supervision utilizing own tools.
•Also performs de-install/install services on it and medical equipment.
•Maintains moving equipment and is accountable for securing in designated area on job site.
•Maintains cleanliness, professionalism, and organization of the job site and lodging when traveling.
•Communicates required documentation for payroll and expenses in a timely manner.
•Receives ongoing training in on site safety, OSHA compliance, and continuing education.
•Performs a variety of other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
•Ability to move large and heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and have knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safety practices.
•Ability to read, write and speak the English language and communicate effectively. Visual acuity sufficient to accurately review and proof information.
•Auditory ability to use a telephone.
•Willing and able to work required overtime when necessary to meet operating and business requirements.
