Report to the Director of Annual Fund Leadership Gifts with responsibility for driving leadership annual gifts of $1,000-$25,000 within assigned regional, academic, or demographic markets. Conduct prospect research and engage prospects through personal outreach, customized marketing, and leadership networking events. Work closely with leadership gift officers and school base development officers to develop a leadership gift pipeline for the campaign while maximizing annual giving by top prospects. Develop solicitation strategies with colleagues and volunteers. Oversee various special projects as assigned by the Director of Annual Fund Leadership Gifts. Play a large role in Annual Giving's priority of raising $90million for the campaign and doubling alumni donors to over 48,000 per year.
Requires: B.A./B.S., excellent communication skills and three to five years of relevant experience.
