Internship Assignment
Your 10-12 week assignment will be based on your past experience, key strengths, unique background and passion. Your work will be impactful—whether you’re providing strategies for aligning our workforce with customer load, structuring comprehensive benefit and pay plans, designing and implementing training and development programs, or recruiting top talent in a highly competitive and increasingly digital world. Finally, you will have the opportunity to be considered for AT&T’s full time HR Leadership Development Program.

Candidate Requirements
  • MBA or Masters candidate with a concentration in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated leadership through supervisory positions or extra-curricular organizations
  • Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX (housing provided)
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident or other protected individual as defined in 8 U.S.C. Sec 1324(b)(3). H Visas are currently not being sponsored.
