AT&T Consumer Mobility Group has an opportunity for a talented individual with passion, vision and leadership qualities to join our Mobile Broadband Network Services (MBNS) team in the area of Network Policy. This is a truly unique and amazing role working on our new 4G platform, problem solving solutions that have never been done in mobility, working very closely with the director of the team and other senior leaders across Consumer Marketing, other marketing teams and our various internal and external technology partners. We are looking for a proven leader that has already been a part of 4G development over the last few years, has a keen understanding of the policy platform and can hit the ground running with roadmap planning, on-going maintenance and cross-organizational coordination; someone who can understand the big picture and drive decisions, a person who can formulate ideas and present them to senior executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Business acumen to understand the dynamics of the wireless industry and needs of Consumers and to some degree Business customers. Passionate about mobile technology and has a working knowledge of: The Evolved Packet Core Mobile Device application space Mobile OS’s Network/IT provisioning and rate plan development Network and IT architecture (high-level) Differences between Post-paid, Session-based and Pre-paid environments Previous experience managing others either directly or as contract relationship Self-motivated to determine course of action, not simply implement it Proven record driving projects through the product development process, including Consumer Governance Understanding of PMATT and tracking large budgets through our financial processes for Capital and Expense as part of new development and ongoing maintenance Ability to business case development work and interface with Consumer and Capital Finance teams to drive the conclusion of the case approval process. Expertise in developing product requirement documents of various “shapes and sizes”. Be a strong player in cross-organizational meeting with CTO, IT and Network as the client; keep track of features, functions, customer experience and a myriad of small items Strong focus on User Experience through the entire process, from concept to deployment, as the Chief Advocate in Proxy for the customer Out of the box thinker with the ability to see the “big picture” and recognize impact to related product offers in order to take advantage of synergies Project Management skills with the ability to motivate others into action Creativity to develop compelling positioning and value proposition, copy and selling tools Team player, yet ready to take a position when representing Consumer or the Customer, as needed Decisive; acts intelligently but quickly to maintain momentum and lead teams Position is located in Redmond, WA.

Required Qualifications: Six or more years of experience in B2B and/or B2C product management and marketing or product lifecycle and portfolio management in wireless/mobility or software development industries for established businesses or start-up operations Five years experience in product life cycle management required Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy, business cases, use cases and marketing programs Experience leading cross functional teams and executing jointly with partners and vendors Excellent written and verbal skills Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements Proven ability to launch and support ideas and vision Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to successfully partner with other organizations including technology, go-to-market, and device teams Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills Strong strategic thinking skills Working knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures and excellent communication Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications Desired Qualifications: BA degree in Marketing, Business or Technical Field; Graduate Degree Technical or Marketing, preferred AT&T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
