Overall Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of project/program management associated with the implementation of assigned external customer-facing projects/programs. Provides a single point of contact and is the AT&T face to the customer during implementation. Responsible for relationship management with AT&Ts strategic customers during the project/program management life cycle and may provide consultative advice and support. Projects are typically high-value and may be long- term. Must have thorough understanding of AT&T products and services. May also manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Provides guidance and expertise in project management through the use of a structured project management methodology to define and carry out business objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Responsible for client satisfaction. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conducts end to end program management of one or more programs containing multiple large projects, or portfolio management of a large scope entire portfolio that are company-wide, cross functional and/or strategic in nature. May also manage one or more portfolios which include identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs and other related work to achieve strategic business objectives. Directs cross functional teams to complete projects and program deliverables within allotted timeline and budget. Defines project/program scope and objectives, directs activities of project teams, and identifies resources. Projects/programs are very complex in nature, with project activities that are distinct for each new project, are company-wide, and require a high level of analysis to create project plans for new concept programs. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Communicates to client/vendors/leadership. Education: Preferred Bachelor of Math/Science/Project Management/Engineering/Liberal Arts/Education degree or equivalent experience. PMP Certification desired. Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years experience; No supervisory exp. required The ECommerce Engagement Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects as well as production related issues. This position will support a large enterprise ecommerce solution. Duties: · Responsible for managing troubleshooting efforts, changes and client communication. · Acts as a client advocate within AT&T to ensure the highest quality of service and rapid response to issues. · Works closely with the Client Executive (CX) and Client Technical Lead (CTL) to manage the Client requests to the contractually obligated support level. · Identify and execute solutions to complex problems, possesses strong leadership abilities, and maintains a high degree of technical understanding of Client solutions and is able to deftly manage large enterprise solutions. This position is located in Milwaukee, WI.
