The Senior Project/Program Manager acts as a liaison between Quality Assurance (QA) and various delivery teams requiring coordination of these resources. Through understanding of core business and service objectives and processes, this position will translate those needs into a clear definition of system and requirements, culminating in the production launch of QA systems and/or internal projects that obtain those objectives. This role will also provide supplier management for existing QA vendor.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Lead oversight of day to day project and program control of a multi-location/function team
  • Contribute to ongoing testing efforts and coordinate multiple stakeholder participation in application releases both within eCommerce specific applications and general AT&T releases
  • Work with key members of various departments to identify and resolve application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements
  • Work with cross functional teams on strategic initiatives and improvements
  • Provide input for production related issues
  • Must be able to identify and manage project related issues and risks
  • May be required to manage Business/Functional Analyst positions for individual projects
  • Manages supplier performance against established targets and works with vendor to ensure critical delivery, quality and other performance objectives are achieved.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends and varied schedule

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years experience with IT systems
  • Previous project management experience
  • Solid understanding of technical capabilities including system integration, systems implementation, ECommerce, technical applications
  • Knowledge of testing protocols
  • SDLC

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
  • PMP Certification
