Converse to traditional IT project managers, this position works with senior leadership to establish policies, strategic plans and performance objectives for product realization. The scope and magnitude of this role includes developing requirements for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support. This position will assess and/or formulate tactical plans based on company business initiatives. This includes detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, gap analysis, methodology, SDLC, coordination within all IT functions, on-going expense tracking and analysis. This position may also involve user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies.
· Establish direction by partnering with project stakeholders to facilitate, define and document Business Requirements and Business Use Cases on behalf of the end to end customer experience for multiple high visibility projects simultaneously to support AT&T Mobility ABS Customers
· Work with a wide spectrum of Business stakeholders to benchmark best practices, identify gaps, and develop tactical and strategic plans to drive implementation, communication and product realization
· Interfaces with senior leadership to establish policies and performance objectives for all programs, and assess strategic and tactical plans
· Analyzes and drives definition of ambiguous scope with cross functional stakeholders
· Support work intake and prioritization process as scope is defined
· Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple Business channels and customer touch points.
· Support business and IT groups as needed when issues or requests for action arise, including operational issues
· Drive efficiency in deliverables by recommending and implementing change to process in order to save time but ensure integrity and quality of the delivery of initiatives
· Ability to drive strategy based on industry/internal intelligence and ambiguous requirements to help make important business decisions on behalf of the customer experience
· Scope includes requirements and experience development for the entire lifecycle of the customer experience including Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support
· Sets direction and makes operational and managerial decisions on projects
· Facilitation and documentation of Business Requirements and Use Case management
Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years related Business Project Management experience
  • Proficient in OAA methodology
  • Experience in leading cross-functional efforts
  • Strong business acumen with solid IT exposure
  • Strong understanding of mobility and wireline systems
  • Must understand and have knowledge of all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • End-to-end Customer Experience Definition/Strategy
  • Proficiency of business tools i.e. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Visio
  • Strong background in planning, implementing and managing change
  • Strong understanding of Financial/Business Case creation and maintenance
  • Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills

  • MBA
  • PMP Certification
  • Telecom Wireless industry experience
