Working as a Senior Product Development Manager in Device Operations & Developer Services, you will be responsible for overall project management for the certification and launch of products selected by the Device Product Management organization. This includes: Maintain timelines and deliverables from each of the manufacturers as agreed to in contracts Work closely with product management counterparts to clearly understand the strategy being presented and turn that into a clear set of deliverables for our manufacturers Document, drive and communicate all of the key decisions that need to be made in order to successfully launch a device into the market Coordinate activities with the Subscriber Product Engineering team to ensure all critical device issues related to certification are identified and resolved to ensure delivery of products to market on time Develop and deliver weekly status reports for each of the devices targeted for launch along with issues lists and action plans for resolving issues Manage a cross functional team which includes Supply Chain, Subscriber Product Engineering, Device Product Management, Marketing, Customer Care, Etc. to ensure the successful certification and launch of each of the devices on the roadmap Manage & direct supplier resources for device & user experience development as needed to support the device certification and launch Supervises: No Position is located in Redmond, WA.

Required Qualifications: Five or more years experience in product life cycle management Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills Proven ability to translate ideas and vision into product definition and requirements Proven ability to launch and support ideas and vision Proven ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously Proven ability to successfully partner with other organizations including technology, go-to-market, and device teams Strong written, verbal and oral presentation skills Strong strategic thinking skills Working knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures, and excellent communication skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications Desired Qualifications: Experience in wireless services, data, and / or high tech industry--messaging experience Ability to anticipate risks and devise contingencies to manage them AT&T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce.
