Exciting opportunity to have a real impact on Fleet wide Navy ATFP capabilities through implementation and experimentation of cutting edge technologies. This initiative will involve the planning, development and execution of a high-level integrated waterfront security concept demonstration. The experiment will be executed through the Fleet Experimentation (FLEX) program, led by NWDC on behalf of U.S. Fleet Forces Command and U.S. Pacific Fleet. These events result in tangible products for the warfighter, frequently in the form of new and updated doctrine.
Prevailance, Inc. is seeking highly qualified applicants for the positions of Control Group Lead (CG) and Deputy Control Group (DCG) as part of a three person team tasked with the planning, development and execution of a the IWS concept demonstration.
Control Group Lead (CG): Primarily responsible for developing the vignettes and mission event synchronization list (MESL). The CG will also act as the Deputy Experiment Director (DED), supporting the ED in the conduct of the IWS CD planning and execution efforts.
Deputy Control Group (DCG): Assists CG in all planning and execution efforts and is responsible for working with the test providers to develop TTP and training for Blue and Red Forces during the CD.
For both positions, a strong background in ATFP processes and procedures, exercise planning and scenario development along with robust written and oral communication skills, including Microsoft office suite programs will be highly valued in these positions.

O-5, O-4, Senior LDO

Navy or Joint Planning Process
Comfortable briefing senior level officers on related issues
Write clearly at the senior officer level
