The ATM Service manager is responsible for managing the uptime and service capabilities of our more than 35 ATM machines nationwide. This position requires the ability to effectively manage the relationships of all vendors related to the maintenance and service of the machines to ensure performance within contracted service level agreements.
Additional responsibilities include:
Managing cash levels and stamp inventory by monitoring historical trends of all ATMs
Managing the credit union's ATM help desk by timely following up on downtime or issues and communicating those issues to the appropriate people.
Documenting ATM activity by machine and reporting of activity and performance.
Serving as project manager for the installation of new ATM machines and upgrading of current machines.
The preferred candidate will have:
A minimum of two years of ATM management and vendor management experience.
Must have the ability to work independently and with urgency to escalate issues and follow through to resolution.
Exceptional communication skills.
