Job Summary & Qualifications: The Office of the Oklahoma Attorney General is currently seeking a licensed attorney with zero to three years of experience in the practice of law. They will be responsible for representing the State in criminal appellate cases before the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals and representing prison wardens in federal habeas actions. Applicants should have strong research and writing skills and accomplished oral advocacy skills. Writing sample must accompany resume to be considered. Knowledge and use of WordPerfect and computer assisted legal research tools are necessary.
