Location: Temple Terrace, FL

J ob Description:


The successful candidates will be able to interface various types of laptops, computers, and video equipment with AV presentation equipment in our various conference locations within the facility. Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries for service needs. Working within the IT department to maintain, monitor, inventory and control all audio and visual equipment that is built into the various spaces and on the AV carts.

Recipe to Succeed:

The candidate must be able to problem solve to troubleshoot and provide solutions for presentation needs under high-pressure circumstances and conferences.

Must have the ability to make immediate decisions in order to provide the client with an immediate solution without any downtime in client meetings.

Must be capable of managing own time, working within the broader IT department areas of responsibility

Work with state of the art Audio Visual conferencing equipment; including webcast and telephone conferencing.

Must possess Windows desktop maintenance knowledge and/or Microsoft certification a plus

Be able to upload and display PowerPoint presentations and slide shows.

Necessary Ingredients:

A Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Superior quantitative, oral and written communications and problem-solving/strategizing skills.

Proactive mindset to anticipate and support changes in our business.

Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.

Exceptional customer service abilities.

Minimum of 2-3 years work experience in an audio visual related position.

Previous desktop support experience a plus, Microsoft certification and/or experience with Microsoft productivity suite products, Apple, Microsoft,Adobe and other presentation formats and utilities required as well as knowledge of a wide variety of audio, video and teleconferencing technologies.

This is a hands-on job requiring both management skills and technical skills.
