Job Summary:
This position manages the overall performance of the banking center focused on servicing the needs of our Core customers. Selects, trains, coaches and evaluates Banking Center Staff. Also responsible for retaining and expanding a portfolio of commercial and consumer customers.
The level of work is considered management in nature and staff work under limited supervision. This position has direct reports.
