Substitution of Experience for Education Permitted (Non-faculty only)
The position is responsible for monitoring and assessing college-wide student outcomes initiatives; developing and coordinating assessment instruments, analyzing assessment results, disseminating findings, and assisting faculty in utilizing assessment findings for further enhancement of student learning.
Prefer applicants with: (1) strong interpersonal skills, (2) experience developing and evaluating student learning outcomes, (3) qualitative and quantitative research experience, including the ability to perform statistical analyses, (4) experience using SAS, and (5) experience using Access and Excel. Experience working with higher education faculty will be considered a plus.

This position will support academic assessment and related research projects in the Division of Academic Affairs.
