Job Description:

Operations Integrated Planning & Fulfillment

group works with clients to develop and implement strategies that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration across companies. To help our clients achieve these improvements, we focus on optimizing our client's supply chain by providing an updated strategy, operating model and processes. The successful candidate has experience in large scale transformational consulting or actually running large scale supply chain operations with a transformational mindset. Functional experience should include some of the following: distributed order management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, distribution and logistics, global trade management, Preferable industries include Consumer Products/Retail, High Tech, Energy, Chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional expertise as well as industry best practices

Understand client's business needs and lead the efforts in developing a business strategy, operating model and process definitions to address the business issues

Determine underlying business issues in supply chain that the client is facing and determine how to bring these issues to resolution - via strategy, operating model, processes, technical solution or combination of these.

Understand how to develop a long term business solution through technology enablement

Job Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time


Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Fulfillment areas

Minimum of 3 years with Supply Chain Transformations across SC Operations

Candidates must have a Bachelors degree

Preferred Skills:
Ability to work in multiple parts of the supply chain and multiple functions within the supply chain

Warehouse Management Systems

Supply Chain Planning Systems

Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)/ Joint Business Planning (JBP)

Professional Skills:
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
