Act as the primary point of contact for clients
Combine data and client response to turn business objectives into actionable, measurable solutions
Become an expert in the RTB space and the Triggit platform
Work with clients to make their campaigns successful
Get your hands dirty to troubleshoot technical issues
Dive into campaign analytics to develop insights
Help build out our internal practices and routines
Work with our engineering team to define improvements to our platform

Fluent in both Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Hungry self-starter with a relentless work ethic who doesn't want or need to be micromanaged
Fantastic communication skills, both written and oral
Mastery of data; able to draw insights from large data sets with Excel and other analytics tools
Immediately comfortable with complex online interfaces
Detail-obsessed with a habit of being excessively thorough
College degree with a solid GPA or equivalent work experience
1+ years of ad operations or account management experience, or a way to prove you don't need it
1+ years experience with proactive client relationship management. This is not a reactive support role, nor is it an operations role. You’ll be held accountable for further developing Triggit’s highest-value client relationships in Brazil.
