Completes the account analyst's functions and processes according to established department policies, procedures and defined processes. Assists management and personnel in the identification of needs based on changing or established billing and coding standards. Identifies and forwards difficult accounts to appropriate department staffHigh school diploma or equivalent required. College preferred.
One (1) year collections, finance/accounting or medical billing experience required.
One (1) year medical business office experience preferred.

Experience and/or training in the following preferred:
Meditech – BAR and/or MPM/LSS
ICD-9 or CPT
Medical Terminology

High School Diploma or equivalent required
