In this position, you will provide quality customer service that requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail as you will be dealing with multiple clients and rules that vary greatly between them.

RESPONSIBILITIES · Answer inbound calls related, but not limited to: billing changes, refund or returned check information.
· Make outbound calls related, but not limited to: inflation and rate increase offers, rate quotes, terminations, servicing agent changes, collection calls and client calls.
· Manage work day activities including: message center, policy changes, policy terminations, reporting to clients, escalated issues, and working all new mail.
· Manage call center activities including: invoicing, reconciling group bills, handling group calls, dunning process and implementation calls.
· Help train new and existing team members, research and respond to escalated requests as needed.
· Communicate daily with various internal departments and external clients as well as participate in client conference calls and meetings.
· Contact enrollees to obtain missing information, explain procedures, answer questions, explain benefits to clients and any other inquiry as needed.
· Interface with clients and handle billing adjustments, reconciliations and coverage changes.

· Bachelor’s degree preferably or equivalent work experience
· 1+ years experience in an office setting providing customer service required
· 1+ years financial analysis and insurance industry experience required
· Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel required
· Ability to type at least 40 WPM
· Strong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to be flexible in a changing work schedule based on volume and varying business needs
· Excellent critical thinking, analysis, written and verbal communication skills
