Account Associate

Responsibilities:

There are two main parties with which the Account Associate will interact – Humedica Sales Team and Humedica Analytics Team:
  • Interact with Account Managers to determine areas requiring internal/external communications; planning and documentation of next steps for specified projects; scheduling, ensuring next steps are addressed by all involved parties.
  • Support internal Sales Team to follow up on prioritized opportunities requiring pre-sales analytic efforts; communicate with Sales Team regarding updates to most efficient path for completing Proofs of Concept .
  • Work with Analytic Team to accurately define project objectives, and partner to determine methods for fulfilling objectives; establish and communicate timelines to all impacted parties, and potential delays.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1 years experience with internal/external client interaction
  • College degree (advanced degree is a plus, but not required)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Communications/planning background
  • HTML and Javascript experience preferred
  • Demonstrated writing ability
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Interest in the health care industry

The position will report to the Boston office (required to live in the Boston area).
