Essential Functions Statement(s)
Audit Sales and Use Tax documentation for all active customers to ensure documentation is in compliance with strict federal and state laws and regulations.
Monitor active accounts to ensure Sales and Use Tax documents are received and documentation is valid.
Inform existing customers of the application requirements, processes and procedures for purchasing product from Perfect 10 and provide explanation of required account documents including valid Sales and Use Tax documentation.
Send state specific Sales and Use Tax forms to customers via e-mail, fax or mail. Maintain weekly correspondence via telephone and e-mail to aid in the account compliance procedures by utilizing various tracking spreadsheets.
Advise dealers of necessary actions and strategies for resolving their account issue. Follow up with each account discrepancy from the beginning; research until an account resolution is made.
Review incoming forms for accuracy and enter data in various specific databases to make adjustments in the customer’s account.
Scan each document, rename and store the electronic file, and attach the electronic file to the customer account. Maintain documents in the departmental electronic database.
Serve as a backup receptionist performing duties such as a nswering incoming calls and directing callers to the proper extension.
Assist in special projects as needed per management request.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members within the department and throughout the organization.
Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as scanning documents, answering correspondence and creating basic spreadsheets.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Two to four years related experience in an administrative role with analytical responsibilities .
Prior experience coordinating sales and use tax is helpful.
Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Microsoft Excel – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as creating a spreadsheet, formatting a spreadsheet, using the formula bar to perform various functions, importing/exporting documents, and calculating numbers.
Microsoft Outlook – Intermediate level. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding and replying to messages, attaching computerized files, utilizing calendar and task reminders, viewing several calendars, sharing calendars, creating and sending meeting requests, and creating contact lists.
Microsoft Word - Basic level. Must have the ability perform functions such as composing, editing, naming and saving documents, formatting text, and printing.
Internet Explorer or other web browsers - Basic level. Must have the ability to perform functions, such as navigating through websites via hyperlinks and searching websites using various search engines and boomerang searches.
Accurate 10-Key by touch, alphanumeric.
Accurate typing skills, approximately 30 words per minute.
General knowledge of how to use a calculator, scanner, copy machine, fax machine, printer, telephone and various standard office equipment.
Working experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX Software is a plus.
