The Account Coordinator Intern is responsible for supporting the Account Management team in the process of developing and maintaining client relationships. The Account Coordinator Intern may also have the opportunity to support high level office initiatives and senior management projects on an as needed basis.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Support the Account Management team (particularly on-site Sr. Account Director) in reporting, records keeping, client communications, and other ad hoc requests
  • Communicates with client on small projects and deliverables
  • Supports remote client team in Chicago by obtaining client feedback, updating status reports, and other project deliverables
  • Manages small projects from conception to completion, under the leadership of the Sr. Account Director
  • Communicates with external agencies and vendors to obtain and share necessary project deliverables and assets
  • Assists with other management and office related projects as requested
  • Organizing and updating agendas for weekly meetings
  • Updating weekly resource needs and availabilities
  • Coordinating team meetings and Chicago-based team travel to Cleveland

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent email and phone communication skills

  • Ability to proactively find projects and find solutions to problems and questions
  • Excellent sense of organization and time management
  • Ability to deal with busy situations and thrive in a fast paced environment
