The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Sales team in planning, executing and monitoring the online advertising campaigns within the StumbleUpon ecosystem. In this role, you will also work closely with clients to maximize effectiveness of their advertising goals.

Monitor and oversee day to day campaign-related activities, including arranging conference calls, preparing presentations and other assistance as needed
Create campaigns according to advertiser guidelines
Maintain optimal campaign delivery through effective communication with the Sales team and advertisers
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Troubleshoot technical issues and report bugs to engineering
Provide clients with any necessary campaign reporting
Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., Sales, BizDev, Marketing, Product, Engineering) to continuously improve StumbleUpon's ad platform.
Bachelor's degree preferred with a strong academic record.
1+ years experience in interactive or digital media client service/account management.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and influencing skills.
Passionate and knowledgeable about new and emerging internet-based media.
Strong understanding of StumbleUpon user behavior and product functionality.
This is a 1 year contract position.
