About the role:
The Account Coordinator reports into the Senior Partner Manager. The account coordinator is a non-client facing support role. The coordinator supports partner managers with data analysis, reporting and other partner management functions.
Responsibilities & Project Work:
Pull data from 3rd party and internal systems and generate reports and presentations used to analyze website and partner performance.
Manage advertiser email inquiries for partner management team and work with merchandising team to verify requests are implemented.
Support Partner Managers on various account management tasks including management of account information in Salesforce.com.
Responsible for logging all paid placement opportunities, ensuring placements are activated and conducting analysis to evaluate performance.
Monitor effectiveness of optimization campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Has a bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, or liberal arts or communications from a four-year college or university.
1+ years’ experience in account, marketing or project management.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Self motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced and results driven environment.
Experience in online advertising, affiliate marketing, or B2C e-commerce industry and technology a plus.
Affiliate Marketing experience a plus.
Salesforce experience a plus.
