We are seeking energetic, highly motivated Account Development Managers to help create qualified opportunities for our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidates will have experience in B2B enterprise software sales, and will be well versed in digital marketing or related technology field. Excellent written and verbal skills are a must.

Job Location: Del Mar, CA 92014

  • Generate multiple, high quality B2B sales opportunities every month
  • Aggressively and effectively manage lead and opportunity pipeline
  • Generate own leads and opportunities via email, cold-calling, and marketing activities
  • Farm out qualified leads by territory – work with reps when necessary
  • Present and prepare monthly status reports
  • Help close business! Meet and exceed monthly opportunity goals
  • BA in business, marketing, communications or related field
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent, outstanding results at a B2B technology company
  • Digital marketing experience a strong bonus
  • Excellent verbal skills – ability to cold call prospects
  • Personable, enthusiastic and passionate about technology
  • Experience working in a rapidly growing environment, strong multi-tasker
  • Enjoy an all-Apple, cloud-based environment
