We are seeking a highly-motivated, articulate, and energetic self-starter to join our Sales team as an Account Development Representative.The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. An inherent responsibility of the ADR is to conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sale ready leads and opportunities
Interact with prospects via telephone, email and Fuze
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
Thoroughly understand FuzeBox products, including but not limited to: features, benefits, system compatibility, interoperability, pricing/configuration, etc.
Generate a high volume of outbound calls to clients or prospective clients on a daily basis with a minimum of 40 calls
Perform live and web-based product demonstrations
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads
Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business, marketing, or sales.
1- 2 years sales experience
Demonstrated success in competitive situations
Opportunity qualification and objection handling
Call structure and control
Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Outlook email, voicemail, MS Office)
Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
Resourcefulness and the ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
