The Account Director will oversee premium OpenX clients and customers (publishers). The client services team is responsible for ensuring publisher success and satisfaction with OpenX products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. In addition, the client services team works closely with the OpenX engineering support team, sales, technical sales, and product management teams to ensure that OpenX is delivering superior service and support.

The ACCOUNT DIRECTOR has the following responsibilities:
Continually improving systems and processes to manage, track, report and optimize partners’ growth, including the activity / ROI of each partner quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year.
Ensuring close collaboration with Business Development, Technical Solutions and Customer Support to ensure smooth on-board of new publishers and troubleshoot issues with existing publishers.
Providing exceptional phone and email based support to OpenX publisher partners across the range of OpenX products.
Leading publisher development, identifying opportunities to grow publisher relationships and expand their product suite.
Managing publisher reporting needs, driving deeper understanding of the combined business opportunity.
Leading collaboration across business development, support engineering, technical solutions, and client support to deliver efficient on boarding, an excellent publisher experience, strong revenue growth, and rapid resolution of any publisher issues.


Significant experience in the advertising technology space. Familiarity with ad serving / ad exchange / yield optimization, and ideally across multiple formats (e.g. display, mobile, & video).
3-7 years of experience in one or more of the following roles: account management, client development, partner development and or partner marketing
Background in managing sales operations organizations and establishing processes/standard operation procedures (SOPs).
Experienced in creating support processes for top-tier customers.
Ability to drive results from cross-functional teams, not directly in reporting structure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the business unit and across the broader organization, including a collaborative and helpful attitude and desire to contribute outside primary areas of responsibility.
Charismatic individual with high energy and very strong internal / external communication skills.
