Shoutlet is a leading social media software company and we're looking for an Account Director to work in our San Francisco, CA office.

The Account Director will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and guiding the use of our product to meet their social media business objectives. The ideal candidate is able to be a team player from a regional office, comfortable embracing a challenge, and dedicated to being an evangelist for Shoutlet.

Responsibilities:
Build relationships with senior managers within client organization and advertising agencies

Manage project relationships

Responsible for client satisfaction

Lead projects from concept to completion

Keep client project pipeline full

Keep clients utilizing our platform by providing ongoing support and strategic guidance

Author numerous proposals, statements of work, and presentations

Build client relationship in terms of revenue generated and profitability

Assist with new business development

Become an evangelist of the Shoutlet product

Qualifications:
5-10+ years of Account Management experience in Internet Marketing or Advertising Online Media

Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, journalism, public relations or equivalent; MBA a plus

Proven track record of managing accounts $200K-$1million +

Experience with website development, social media, and online marketing

Demonstrated skills in negotiation and leadership

Experience in writing business plans, reports, and marketing strategies

Ability to operate independently with an entrepreneurial spirit

Superior presentation, communication and negotiation skills
