Responsible for generating sales for a Regional Key Account. Develop business relations by promoting ST image and product portfolio. Implements sales strategy and ensures customer satisfaction. Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of this account. Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit customer needs. Manages new projects being developed and identifies new directions in partnership and with the customer and in collaboration with the Market Development/Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams. Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile and customer base including key managers/personnel, as well as SAM/ TAM/BILLINGS/BOOKINGS. Responsible for the sales budget, design wins tracking and detailed forecast. Demonstrates knowledge of the competitors strengths and weaknesses and of the organizations entire product line; may have more in depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Understands the customers applications to the block diagram level. The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of quality; in work, processes, products, and results. Work closely with the Contract manufactures globally either directly or with regional support sales engineers or sales management.
BSEE + 9+ years of experience.
Education Level Required - Bachelor"s Level Degree, Years of Work Experience - 9 to 11,.The Other skills required are BSEE required
Strong technical design in competency skills
History of working with both engineering and sourcing management
