Account Executive (Detroit)
TrialPay is currently hiring an experienced and accomplished sales executive to drive the generation and selling of video brand advertising. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of selling integrated video advertising solutions to major marketers and ad agencies that support Fortune 500 brands. Sales experience in video and mobile is a strong plus. The Account Executive will be responsible for new business generation, prospect outreach, evangelizing our video brand engagement solution and assisting with broader market penetration focusing on in-game ad solutions and brand engagement. We are looking for a creative, energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach, who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing a client base.
Client Acquisition: Candidates must have a deep understanding of the Detroit market with a strong agency rolodex across numerous verticals, including Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, CPG, Auto, Technology and Wireless.
Market Coverage: Command a comprehensive understanding of the online gaming/social media market in order to identify areas of opportunity, trends for positive growth, and new markets for company to pursue.
Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain a regional territory account list.
Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies to demonstrate TrialPay’s value proposition.
Develop and cultivate deep relationships with client and agency partners.
Pitch new business to advertising agencies and direct clients.
Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
Accurately forecast revenue growth; achieve revenue goals as defined by management.
Proactively provide client research and industry specific information to clients and agencies.
Prior experience working in a high-growth or startup technology company.
Extensive knowledge of online business models and Internet / consumer technology, particularly related to video advertising.
Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships with client and agency partners
Superb verbal, written and communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities (proficient in Excel)
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills. You must be comfortable with public speaking and dealing with clients.
Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.

3-5+ years of relevant Media Sales experience
Ability to travel semi-frequently throughout territory and to Palo Alto, CA headquarters for meetings on a quarterly basis.
