As an Account Executive you will have a designated list of current and competitive accounts, with the primary goal to retain and expand sales revenue in your assigned account base as well as drive new market share.

DUTIES

Essential Responsibilities

Meet or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit expectations.

Responsible for presenting product demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to account base. This involves applying a consultative approach using a proven selling process to analyze the customer's business communication requirements, and developing customized solutions to exceed customer requirements.

Manage territory by protecting and increasing a profitable revenue stream within current accounts. This involves conducting account reviews that evaluate current state, customer satisfaction and completeness of strategy implementation along with next steps in the account.

Heavy Cold Calling on the phones as well as out in the field.

Maintain sales database to record all activities inside of each account.

Keep timely and accurate forecasts on account assignment by way of monthly reports.

Serve as first line of contact with customers

Demonstrate a commitment to the CBS sales processes, values and business code of ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferred, but not necessary
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Valid & Clean driver's license as well as reliable transportation a must
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High self motivation to be a top sales producer
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs - specifically Excel & Powepoint
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
