We are looking for highly energized Account Executives to join our growing store sales teams!

Maintain contact with new and existing customers and provide excellent customer service.

Identify new potential Progreso Financiero customers and provide them information about our financial products.

Responsible for full knowledge of all credit solutions available.

Identify customer needs to recommend the right solutions and products.

Close sales, Educate customer on alternative products and services that provide value.

Perform and adhere to all operational and security policies and procedures.

Responsible for establishing new relationships with customers.

Responsible for achieving sales goals, understanding sales strategies.

Evaluate customer needs and make loan amount recommendations.

Submit customer's loan application to the Credit Department for verification and approval. Process loan payments and collect loan documentation.

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals as established.

Visit the community to promote Progreso Financiero products & services.

Keep a professional appearance & live Our Corporate Values.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Bilingual English / Spanish REQUIRED

Preferred 1 year sales & service banking experience (Personal Banker, Sales & Service Associate, Teller / Sr. Teller).

Ability to effectively deal with customers in a professional manner and offer solutions.

Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor throughout the day. Strong customer service skills and customer focused.

Be able to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes.

Goal oriented; able to work well under pressure.

Team player, works well with others, collaborates, and shows commitment to the team.

Detail Oriented and Responsible

Ability to have a flexible schedule, ability to work store hours as needed.

Computer skills/knowledge
