Account Executive Manager

Primarily responsible for generating sales and increasing market share at one of ST's global automotive key accounts. Responsible for understanding the customers product and manufacturing strategy, market position, and competition in order to develop and implement a global sales strategy for all of ST's product families.
Independently, and in collaboration with ST's global Market Development/Product Marketing/Applications Engineering teams:
Develop long term account strategies
Identify product growth opportunities
Promoting ST image and product portfolio
Help manage new product introductions
May also be responsible for the sales activities at other accounts, as necessary. Responsible for the sales forecast development, including SAM/TAM figures and market share growth for the account(s). Development of the domestic sales forecast, and assistance in global forecasts. Develop and promote a comprehensive sales plan regarding growth areas. Work in collaboration with ST's manufacturing and customer service organizations to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with key customer teams including key managers/personnel.
Education/Skills/ Experience Required
Bachelor degree required. BS/BSEE (preferred) with a minimum of 9 years of sales/account management experience. Semiconductor/automotive electronics industry knowledge preferred. Independent driver that has experience influencing across multi-discipline/cross functional teams to achieve company established goals and expectations. Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrates strength in analytical thinking and creative problem resolution skills. Strong verbal and presentation skills required. Strong computer skills with in depth knowledge of Microsoft office and other third party software.
Education Level Required - Bachelor"s Level Degree, Years of Work Experience - 9 to 11,.The Other skills required are Automotive semi or electronic module sales experience required
EE degree prefered
Willing to travel to Europe (quarterly) and Asia (semi-annually)
New Business development experince required
German language skills desired
