Full Time - We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our Princeton, NJ team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity with great growth potential. This individual will be the account liaison for all administrative functions including list research and recommendations, mail plan preparations, order processing, reporting and invoicing.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who has 2 or more years in a Account Executive role in the marketing industry or related field. This individual will posses strong experience performing market research, campaign management and effective vendor relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
List/Market Research - Identify targeted prospect markets based up client requirements using ALC proprietary data research tool. Research list segments and audience segment size and present information to manager. Negotiate favorable pricing deals.
Campaign Management - Process clearance requests and data orders to meet campaign production deadlines. Create variance reports and pricing estimates. Track data delivery to service bureaus and verify quantities and selections.
Circulation Planning - Use clients mailing history and ALC campaign management tool to recommend circulation strategies to achieve campaign objectives
Vendor relations - Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with current and prospective vendors/list managers on a daily basis.
Billing - Prepare orders for billing using data processing reports to create accurate billing. Involved in reconciliations on billing/invoicing issues.
2-3 years direct marketing, marketing related experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Intermediate MS office skills including PowerPoint and Word
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking
Customer service orientated
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a Team Player attitude
