The Account Executive is a lucrative opportunity with a growing, northeast Cleveland-based distributor of paper, film and foils. The Account Executive will manage current B2B accounts as well as prospect new business through lead generation, market research and client referrals.
Builds market position by locating, contacting, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing sales through direct contact with manufacturers throughout North America.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new technical flexible materials including papers, films, foils and laminations.
Sells to and through all levels of organizations including executive management, engineering, shift supervisors and purchasing personnel.
Works with domestic and international vendors to communicate value proposition and broaden the firms product offering.
Analyzes market strategies, evaluates options from various points of view and quickly comes to logical conclusions utilizing best available information at the time.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Maintains detailed records of sales efforts in CRM software
Meets or exceeds prospecting and sales goals
Requires 30% travel throughout North America.
Entrepreneurial mindset and natural curiosity. Seeks constant improvement and possesses an innate desire to solve problems.
Thinks, acts and communicates technically. Engineering degree is not required but comfort with basic chemistry, mechanics and math skills would be highly beneficial.
