Job Summary

Applied Resource Group, headquartered in Roswell, GA, was founded to create value for our clients by delivering a specialized focus in IT staffing and recruiting. Our mission is to identify, screen, and select top candidates in their respective fields to help facilitate the hiring process and create value for our clients. We are currently expanding and are seeking entrepreneurial highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The primary responsibilities of the Account Executive will include but not be limited to developing, maintaining, and increasing customer relationships in Atlanta, GA market.

Job Description:

Develop, maintain, and increase customer relationships in branch territory.

Perform weekly marketing calls andschedule weekly appointments.

Meet/exceed performance expectations for billable hours and GM.

Organize weekly marketing efforts utilizing territory business plan.

Provide customized information for proposal generation; close business making use of the sales call plan.

Utilize a consultative sales approach and follow a strategic market plan to develop new business.

Evaluate and determine client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions.

Perform and coordinate all tasks necessary for filling assigned open

Sourcing applicants, sorting and screening resumes/applications, telephone pre-screens and interviews, reference

Serve as resident expert on recruitment application database including training, trouble shooting and communication with technical support, and continuously learning best practices for maximum use.

Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of all pre-employment screening steps (i.e. reference checks, Predictive Index, background checks, scheduling occupational health, etc.)

Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of all new hire offer letters and related information.

Responsible for sourcing all hard to fill positions until they are successfully filled.

Answer employment opportunity questions from potential job applicants

Responsible for advertising (print and on-line) all non-licensed position openings.

Comply with all state and federal employment laws and Agency policies and practices.

Ensure recruitment efforts support Agencys diversity goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

2 Years of prior experience in Business to Business Sales experience

Experience in Public Speaking and Presentation

Knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts

Prior experience in Business to Business Sales (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

Previous experience in leadership or management strongly desired

Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus
