Located in Downtown Bethesda, our sales professionals are responsible for managing a captive pipeline of mortgage and real estate assets from across the country. Our enthusiastic and driven sales professionals focus on problem solving, establishing meaningful and productive relationships with clients and making decisions through professional analysis that meet our company and investors goals.

This sought after sales & asset management position serves as the launching pad into a sales career with the opportunity to earn well into the six figures. As a company that has been around for five years we continue to pursue am aggressive growth strategy, making each day an interesting and rewarding challenge. . Mortgage and/or Real Estate Experience is preferred but the right candidate with ability to learn and adapt quickly will be considered. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.


• Strong ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone

• Upbeat and positive demeanor

• Manage a portfolio of residential mortgages & real estate assets

• Prepare written analysis and recommendations to senior management and investment partners to maximize return and reduce risk

• Work with borrowers to obtain financial information

• Ability to maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture

• Flexible with ability to adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation and time management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the internet

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

• Inside Sales Experience

• Real Estate and/or Mortgage Experience

• Experience working on a performance based compensation structure
