COCC is currently seeking an Account Executive to serve as a liaison between COCC and its customers. The Account Executive will be the primary contact for the customer for strategic initiatives, new products and services, development requests, guidance through projects and escalation of issues. The ideal candidate will provide value to COCC by ensuring the customer's needs are being met, communicating the customer’s voice appropriately, understanding the customer’s strategic goals, driving and facilitating interaction between the customer and COCC management and departments, and expanding the client relationship with COCC.
•Prepare, attend, and follow up on client meetings
•Discuss Financial Institution/COCC direction, industry trends, and account relationship
•Discuss COCC’s current/prospective product offerings that apply to the Financial Institution
•Responsible for the overall relationship/management of the customer; provide customer support on an ongoing basis
•Provide point of escalation for issues and work with internal departments and management for resolution
•Provide Management updates to Financial Institution and COCC
•Attend and participate in Committee meetings, COCC User Meetings, etc.
•Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
•Five or more years experience in the banking/financial services industry
•Must be abreast on industry trends and understand the regulatory environment
•Strong communication skills and attention to detail a must
•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
•Travel up to 40%
