Our business is taking off, and we need help keeping up! FuzeBox is hiring qualified Salespeople who love the challenge of selling a technical product and hitting numbers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Generate revenue by selling, managing, developing, and growing new clients with companies having 100 to 1,000 employees.
Prospect potential customers through outbound calling and cultivate existing customer relationships.
Understand customer goals and challenges, and establish FuzeBox’s product as the best solution available
Responsible for learning sales techniques and having full knowledge of company products
Establish, expand, and maintain a pipeline of prospects
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
Participate in all product, sales, and process trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective
Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives assigned by management
Maintain records in CRM
WHAT YOU NEED:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Software
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to close complex enterprise deals and meet and exceed assigned quota
Grow and drive pipeline activity on an ongoing basis
Effective time management and deal management
Effective verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in a cold calling sales environment
Proficiency in problem solving
Determination in meeting sales goals while adhering to policies
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to work efficiently through change
Ability to influence others
Confident phone presence and strong work ethic, while being highly motivated
Exceptional drive to succeed and produce consistent, sustainable results
Positive can-do attitude with the motivation to achieve sales goals
Must be able to manage up, down, and sideways within the organization and be recognized as a strong collaborator
