The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing customers, and ensures that our services consistently meet our customers’ needs. In addition, Account Executives provide support and guidance when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
Travel industry experience required

Minimum of 2 years account management experience required

Develop and maintain positive client relationships

Work with functional managers to create and adjust project plans to meet customer needs

Track action items, issues, enhancement/feature requests, and communication with management and clients on a regular basis

Conduct periodic review meetings with each customer on a Strategic Level (C-level and Executive roles)

Contract management

Perform or assist on customer demos

Assist customers in evaluating technology decisions and offer product solutions

Attend industry tradeshows and conferences

Travel may be as high as 25%

Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project management experience preferred
