The Account Executive will sell HomeAway software and services to owners of bed & breakfasts and inns, as well as other prospective and existing customers in the US and Canada.

Position Requirements:
* Outbound/inbound calls to database of potential customers and prospective customer lists
* Identify and document prospect's business needs
* Qualify and follow-up on leads from web site, advertising and other marketing events
* Mastery of technology services solutions, specifically SaaS
* Ability to position a complete solution to qualified prospects
* Understanding of our marketplace, including competitors
* Complete account management, from qualification through to retention and development

Required Skills:
* 4-6 years of sales experience (Inbound and outbound sales, lead generation and qualification in a high volume environment )
* Bachelor’s Degree
* History of consistent quota attainment with an understanding of full sales cycle management
* Excellent prospecting, qualification and closing skills
* Positive, highly motivated and competitive personality
* Outstanding interpersonal and verbal skills
* Superior writing skills, excellent problem solving ability and attention to details are a must
* Technically savvy and learning agile
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word
* Proven success in relationship selling and associated skills

Preferred Skills:
* Working knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce.com preferred)
* Formal sales or solution selling training
