90% Sales – New Business Development

Building client relationships over the phone and in person.

Manage and maintain the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing profitable contracts.

Adhere to the defined sales cycle and tracking all activity in our PSA software.

Define target client needs through product knowledge and positioning.

Work with our Engineers in the architecting of solutions.

Identify, forecast and attain sales objectives by providing technology based solutions to accounts in Houston and the surrounding area.

Target, prospect, qualify and close sales with compliance to defined sales cycle steps and customer relationship management tools.

Develop and maintain relationships with client and vendor contacts.

Assist in the preparation and lead the presentation of detailed quotes and proposals.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, an individual is regularly required to talk and hear. The person must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. The individual is frequently required to stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The person must have good close and distance vision, be able to distinguish color and focus easily. This work requires you to drive a motor vehicle to attend meetings and events. You must provide the Company with a copy of your valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, and maintain both for the duration of your employment. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems or similar discipline

Computer Skills

Uses Microsoft software technologies and programs.

Other Skills & Abilities

Ability to sell our IT Products and Services.

Capability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.

Ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex IT requirements is a necessity.

Documented successful track record selling IT solutions that require CEO level decisions in not less than mid-tier to large accounts.

Experience

Experience in Managed Services for 3 years, including server and helpdesk options and a total of 5 years minimum selling IT related solutions.

Experience selling “top down” beginning with the CEO.

Valued Qualifications (not required)

5 years experience in our industry

2 years supervisory and management experience
